Ollie Stobbings, 27 who has already spent a few years at GDS International has a similar story to narrate. A firm believer of first impressions, Ollie says she was swept off her feet right when she walked into the GDS office. And today years down the lane, Ollie is happy that she took this decision.

I joined GDS International in October 2006 and it’s been an unbelievable journey. I was put on a newly recognised project, headed up by my Sales Director, and it was obvious that this was more than ‘another sales job’: you need to be driven, hungry, enthusiastic, and passionate, motivated, and want to succeed at every level. ”
Ollie also adds that opportunities at the company are never-ending and that the company offers a perfect atmosphere for any individual to achieve success in a short period of time.
Within ten months, I was offered my first management role – as Sub-Manager on GDS International’ flagship product for Europe, and ‘Product of the Year’ 2007. Within 14 months I was promoted to Manager and I now look after a sales team that are as determined to succeed and further their careers as I am”, she adds.
