Spencer Green spreads an idea through live examples of life

Spencer Green, GDS International has been in the limelight for his innovative approach and enlightened attitude towards tackling the business environment. He takes live examples and thinks on how to use it practically in his life as an entrepreneur. One of the qualities of a good entrepreneur lies in imparting knowledge to enrich the workforce with ideas encouraging them to keep going.

Spencer Green got an opportunity to read “We Were Young and Carefree”, the autobiography of two-time Tours de France winner, Laurent Fignon. Fignon is most widely remembered for losing the 1989 Tours by eight seconds, the narrowest margin for defeat in the competition’s history. He cycled 3,285.3 kilometres at an average 52 km/hr and lost by eight seconds. 8! It crucified him for the rest of his life.

The book has inspired him to keep going and Spencer Green GDS comment goes like this – “A stark reminder that failure – even noble failure – hurts.”
